We keep this short and plain. Here's what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

• Public business information: the name, website, address, phone, hours and listings a business publishes online. We use it to check how well AI assistants can read that business.
• Business email addresses published publicly on a business's own website, which we may use to send a short note about what we found.
• What you send us: your emails and any details you share so we can do the work.
• Payment details: handled entirely by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation of payment, never your card number.

How we use it

Only to run our free checks, reply to you, deliver the services you buy, and keep basic business records. We don't sell or rent anyone's information.

Emails and opting out

Every email we send says how to opt out. If you tell us to stop, you're added to our do-not-contact list permanently and we won't email you again.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the business: our email provider (Google Workspace) and our payment provider.

Deleting your information

Email hello@mainstreetcited.com and we'll delete what we hold about you, except the minimum we must keep for tax records and to honour an opt-out.
