These terms cover the services you buy from Main Street Cited ("we", "us"), an AI-assisted studio that helps independent local businesses. By paying for a service, you agree to them.

What we sell

• AI Visibility Kit, $149 (USD), one-time. Structured business data for your website, a customer FAQ, a check of your Google, Yelp, Apple Maps and Facebook listings, and a before-and-after test of what AI assistants say about your business.
• Website Refresh, $350 (USD), one-time. A mobile-first website built from your real business information, with HTTPS and structured business data, plus help getting it online.

Prices are flat and in US dollars. There are no subscriptions and no contracts.

How payment works

We send you a secure payment link. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

What we promise, and what we don't

• We build everything from your real, public business information and check it before delivery.
• We can't guarantee that any AI assistant or search engine will rank or recommend your business. Nobody honestly can. We fix the things these tools rely on to understand your business.
• We never ask for your website, hosting or account logins. You or your web person installs what we deliver, and we'll walk you through it.

Your information and your files

Everything we deliver for your business is yours to use, change and keep. You confirm that the business details you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

Limit of liability

Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one on this page when you pay.
